Save the payment receipt or transaction screenshot.
Do not make duplicate payments if your transaction is under verification.
After completing your payment:
Save your payment receipt.
Upload the receipt through the Student Portal (if available) or send it to the institute's official email.
Wait for payment verification.
You will receive confirmation once your payment is successfully verified.
Payment verification is usually completed within:
Online Payments: Within 24 Hours
Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS): 1–3 Working Days
If your payment is not updated after the above period, please contact the Accounts Department with your transaction details.
Refund requests, where applicable, are processed according to the institute's Admission and Fee Refund Policy.
Students requesting a refund must submit a written application along with the required supporting documents within the prescribed time.
